  • When Can I Expect My Order?
    All orders are fulfilled within 3 - 7 business days from the date the order has been placed. All of our products are made to order to share with you the most authentic experience. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This will let you know that we have received your order. Once we've fulfilled your order, you will receive another email with your tracking information.
  • What Shipping Providers Do You Use?
    For all shipping orders, we use the United States Postal Service, or USPS. Shipping may take up to 8 business days from the day you receive your shipping confirmation.
  • Do You Offer International Shipping?
    We offer International Shipping at a flat rate of $11 USD. All orders over $100 USD are subject to free shipping for international customers.
